A Word from Horizon:
Please help to keep association costs down – if you see someone break the barrier arm at either of the entrance gates, please attempt to find out what unit they are associated with so that we can bill the resident for the cost ($100) of replacing the barrier arm. Report the date, time and unit number to Horizon Management or Jack at the onsite office. Owners are responsible for damages caused by their residents and guests.
