The biggest accidents waiting to happen are clothes dryers. The combination of heat, natural gas, lint and the potential for static electricity for the ignition source are all found in dryers. Here are the problems I have observed over the years: *Lint traps are not cleaned, especially by renters. *Walking out of the condo leaving the dryer unattended. *Improperly ventilated dryer enclosures.
Please make sure that you are doing the following: lint traps are cleaned after every drying event and that no dryer should be left unattended and a fire extinguisher should be placed within proximity of the dryer.

Hand washing is the most effective way to stop the spread of illness.
Wash your hands before: preparing, serving or eating food.
Wash your hands after: preparing, serving or eating food, eating, drinking or using tobacco, using the bathroom, changing diapers, coughing, sneezing, blowing your nose, handling garbage, shaking hands, playing outside or with pets.
Here's how: wet your hands first, add soap and rub hands together, front and back, between fingers and under nails for at least 15 seconds, rinse, dry hands with a clean paper towel, and turn off water with used paper towel before throwing away.
If soap and water are not available, use alcohol-based sanitizers. From the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) -
