I'm new to the Torrance area. What is there to do?
— Torrance is an excellent community with many restaurants, shopping areas, and places of interests. Please go to the city of Torrance official web site at http://www.torrnet.com.


Club House Rental

How do I rent the Club House?
— Club House rental requests can be made through Horizon Management Company. Please contact Tammara Mencias at (310) 543-1995 to request a Rental Agreement Contract. Two checks will be required. There is a $50 non-refundable user fee and the other is a $250 refundable security deposit fee.


Parking

I will be having some guests staying with me. Can they park their car for an extended amount of time in the guest parking area?
— There are strict guidelines for guest parking and/or extended stay parking. Please see the Rules & Regulations page for further details.

I have a third car that I would like to park in the complex. What are my options?
— Long-term parking permits for residents with a third vehicle are available. The cost is $50 per month. Please see the Rules & Regulations page for further details. Please contact Tammara Mencias at (310) 543-1995 to obtain a parking permit application.


Repairs/Services

I need to have some repairs done. Who can I call?
— Although you are free to call whomever you want, we do have a list of vendors who have served SummerWind in the past. Please see the Vendor Listings page.

Trash Pick-up

When is the trash pick-up time?
— Trash is picked-up every Tuesday. However, please do not place your trash recepticles out until after 6:00pm on Monday evening. Likewise, please place trash recepticles inside by Tuesday evening.
